The task given was to design a co-working space for a reputed international chain but the challenge was the space given to us was 50,000 sq.ft divided over three individual floors without an internal connection. The only link between the floors would be the internal fire escape stairway and the common lifts available. The other challenge was to give the space a look that oscillates between the loft and the exposed industrial look using the existing columns, fire lines on site as a part of the design. The office also boasts of a business center on the top-most level which consists of think-pods, cluster tables for informal discussions, a library, a 50 seater cafeteria and a bar for the after-parties in the evening.
